You're on an 80/20 split with a $15,000 total cap — just $5,000 to the brokerage and $10,000 to the team. Hit it and you keep 100% the rest of your year. The team's share is capped, not a forever tax, and the whole cap declines $1,000 each year you cap, down to a $12,000 floor.
